Returns

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, no reason needed.

How it works

1. Email me at aria.soldato@gmail.com within 14 days of the parcel arriving, letting me know you'd like to return it. Including the order number is helpful.
2. Ship the artwork back to me within 14 days of that email, in its original packaging, unharmed.
3. Once the artwork arrives back and is unchanged, I'll refund the full purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.

Return shipping

The cost of sending the artwork back to me is on the buyer. I recommend a tracked, insured service. Original works are irreplaceable and I can only refund items that reach me unharmed.

Damaged in transit

If a piece arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork. I'll take care of it.

Commissions

Works made to your specifications (commissioned pieces) are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
