Shipping

Every artwork is shipped from Poland. Each piece is signed, packed with its passe-partout between rigid boards, and sent in a sturdy, waterproof outer envelope.

Delivery times

• EU: 3 – 5 working days after I hand the parcel to the courier.
• Rest of the world: 7 – 14 working days on average; longer for some destinations during customs clearance.

I aim to ship within 2 working days of your order. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as the parcel is on its way.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. It's a tracked service. Original artworks are irreplaceable and I only ship them with tracking and handling-care labels.

Customs & duties

For orders outside the European Union, you may be charged import duties or taxes by your local customs office on arrival. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country, so I can't calculate them in advance.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, or arrives damaged, email me at aria.soldato@gmail.com. For damage, please write within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and the artwork. I'll sort it out.
